07) Creamed Honey

Wondering how we make it ? All natural honey made in a temperate climate will crystallize. We’ve mixed liquid honey with a honey that crystallized in a very creamy texture. We then poured it out and let it harden at a cool temperature. It makes a mouth-watering spread. It keeps its texture best between 4 and 20 degrees Celsius since creamed honey melts above 20 degrees Celsius.
