We call this honey our dark delight ; it was stuck to the beeswax capping,
so we had to melt the beeswax to recuperate it ; that’s how it darkened.
It tastes like a mixture of honey, caramel, and molasses.
It is our substitute for the honeys from buckwheat, forests, or mountains.
