03) Royal Jelly

Royal jelly has the consistency of yogurt and is an extremely rich milk that bees feed to their queens so they can lay up to 1000 eggs per day (quite a feat for such a small insect). It tastes a little like yogurt and is a tonic. It must be kept in the fridge or freezer and a person needs only take a pea-sized amount every morning 1/2 hour before breakfast under the tongue. 25 grams of royal jelly when used as described will last 2 months.
