After having eaten the store-bought variety of honey all my life, finding these producers has been a God-send, literally! Please don't ever try this honey if you expect to buy from the grocery chains again. It will simply bee (pun intended) too painful. Real honey, as evidenced here, will spoil you forever.

Tastes like heaven. I have also tried the wild apple blossom variety, which is equally delicious but in a different way. Now that I've tried bee sweet honeys, I can't eat the brand name grocery store stuff anymore. This is very, very delicious. What more can I say??

I routinely sample honey produced across the Ottawa Valley but when my daughters gave me a jar of the Golden Rod & Aster from 'Bee Sweet' I was blown away. This is a subtly yet distinctly flavoured honey that has become my all-time favourite. I'm coming to Moose Creek to stock up!
