This honey is a protein-packed tonic. It is the honey and pollen collected by bees which we mix together. Once the pollen on the top of the jar is stirred with the rest of the honey it tastes like cookies. 1/8 to 1/2 teaspoon of this tonic taken daily is sufficient to immunize against hay fever. When using as a tonic you can start with 1/2 teaspoon and work your way up to 1 tablespoon per day or more as you get used to it.
